I would highly recommend this book. It is easy reading, which means you can start making healthy and educated choices immediately. The book gives you ideas and recipes.
After being on the program for less than a month, I started to feel less exhausted and my energy levels increased. As I felt more energetic, I exercised more which increased my fitness. My stomach became less bloated.
