All items purchased on the website are delivered by courier to the address you specify when you complete your order.

Itemss are packaged and collected by our courier on the next business day after the day you make your order.

In general most packages are delivered within a week of order.

Please make sure you specify a contact number that the courier can use when delivering your parcel.

Please inform us if for some reason you will not be available to receive your parcel when the courier delivers. We will then arrange an alternate delivery tme.

Returns and Refunds Policy

You must notify us of the return within 7 days of receving your items..

Replacements, refunds, or credits will only be given provided that the items have been returned to our warehouse and have passed inspection.

If you the goods shipped to you were damaged or defective, we will replace the item if we have stock alternatively  we will refund you for the damaged goods in full.

Goods will only be acceptedvif the item(s) are still in original packaging.

We will not refund if there is any evidence that the product has been used.
