I have found success with following the guidelines outlined by Dr Rybko. After having PUT ON weight AFTER having LOST weight on BANTING, these considerations have allowed me to feel better and lose weight almost instantly. And I was a Banting enthusiast that became frustrated with the plateau.
Without a doubt, there will be a variety of zealous diet groups that will lambast Dr Rybko on his latest book. However, a lot of this is unfounded as many of them won’t even read the damn book.
But about the book.
The greatest asset to the book is Dr Rybko’s conversational tone. Many a time I felt as if I was discussing the legitimacy of his book over a cup of coffee. His anecdotal stories lend itself to being very human and very personal, which is great as there is a wealth of knowledge within the book that has to be digested and he ensures that it easily digestible.
However, there are some considerations that need to be taken into account when reading this book. There is a disjuncture about halfway through when Dr Rybko speaks of the three MMMs. Though the tone may be different, it is inherently useful information that we could all learn from.
